What if I do not have the funds?
Our members have explored a number of options - Loan, lease, re-mortgage, credit card, family etc. We only require £14,995 as a deposit and a further £15,000 on contract signing (usually 4 weeks later).
What are the costs?
The membership fee is £29,995 this is for a life-time membership and your business is your own from the moment you start.
Are there any on going costs?
You will pay a support cost of £120 per month. This ensures all aspects of your hardware and software are covered by an immediate response team in the event of any problems.
I think that it may be too expensive?
In comparison, no other travel options in the market offer the same level of support, return on investment, or hardware and software packages - There is not a model remotely similar on the market.
What experience and effort is involved?
You will have constant support for your business and to start with there will be an intensive two week training course held at the training academy. Head office is always here to help – we carry out all of your back office administration, a wide range of marketing services and regular campaigns in addition to a number of product training courses throughout the year to further develop your knowledge.
Why should I choose you and not your competitors?
The strength of our commercial terms offers much more potential for you than our rivals - 800 other agents cannot be wrong! We have the market leading technology, more room stock, and a tour operation offering you an industry leading 15% commission. As a member you will not be an employee or part of a franchise – you will have your own business. Our aim is to support you in your new venture, unlike many other companies who claim to be like us. We do not
hold you to targets and we do not penalise you financially. We also aim to keep the prices for products low and your comissions high. Our management fees are 1.5% of your sales. There is no minimum requirement! We are here to support you.
How can I start when I haven’t found premises?
The timescale to go live will take around 12 – 16 weeks. If you start the process now, by the time we need to kit out your premises, you could be ready to go right ahead. Alternatively, you can start by having a home based business or temporary property only to relocate when it suits you and we can also arrange the move.
I would rather have a steady income?
If you’d prefer to start tentatively, focus on family and friends, build up a client base and maintain a job. Running the business part time or out of normal work hours will give a steady income until you want to jump in with both feet.
